As part of the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) focuses on providing exceptional advice and support to colleagues and people leaders to resolve workplace issues, develop and interpret policies, and advise on the management of employee conduct, performance and capability. This role forms a critical part of the UK & Ireland Colleague and Labor Relations Team and will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to our people leaders based in both the UK and globally. How will you make an impact in this role?




Work as the first point of contact for CLR providing initial guidance, support and where needed direction to business leaders and colleagues on a variety of aspects covering the employment relationship. Ensure correct use of ticketing system to log, update and maintain accurate case records. Support the CLR management team in case allocation, data/file management, case tracking and case closure. Support the CLR team overall with the administration and recording of reorganisation initiatives as well as the generation of letters, templates and documentation as needed. Look for improvements in processes and contribute to continuous review and benchmarking activities to ensure CLR service is outstanding for the UK. Partner effectively with the broader Global Colleague & Labor Relations teams, Business Leaders, General Counsel Office and CEG colleagues. Review policies, guidance and support documentation in line with UK Employment Law in order to contribute to improvements and updates as needed. Deliver project work for CLR strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:




Previous experience as a HR advisor or highly experienced HR administrator Good technical abilities with ticketing style software is desirable Well versed in using excel, word and PowerPoint CIPD Qualification highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:


Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a laser focus on customer service High attention to detail with the ability to record information accurately Great collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written communication skills Capability to work with pace and be self-motivated, self-directing Act with integrity and confidentiality at all times HR-related qualification is desirable but not essential
