An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Advisor located in Hemel Hempstead. This role focuses on providing expert guidance on employee relations matters and driving best practices within the Human Resources department.

  • Advise managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of workplace issues.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide training and coaching to line managers on employee relations topics.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee relations cases.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
3 month FTC with potential for extensionImmediate start, based in Hemel Hempstead
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience handling employee relations matters within Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Live locally to Hemel Hempstead
