Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our London office. This pivotal role will focus on building strong employee relationships, ensuring compliance with employment law, and supporting our diverse workforce. Fluency in Hindi is essential, as you will be engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with company objectives. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues. Lead investigations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in employee engagement. Facilitate communication between English and Hindi-speaking employees to strengthen cross-cultural collaboration.

Requirements

Master's degree Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in employee relations, HR management, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
