Job Description

We are looking for a committed People professional to provide an effective, efficient and customer-focussed service to its employees across the University.
Under the direction of the Employment Services Officer, you will undertake a range of People Administration services transactional activities, relating to any one of several broad process areas, namely: starters, leavers, changes, and absence.
Qualifications and experience

• You're ideally CIPD qualified to level 5 or have an equivalent level of knowledge and experience in Human Resources.
• You are a collaborative team player who promotes a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• You have good computer skills with experience working with Excel, Word and MS Outlook, and People/Payroll systems.
• You have experience working in a high volume transactional environment.
• You're resilient when faced with multiple demands and can cope with shifting priorities and rapid change.
