We're now looking for an entrepreneurial Solicitor/Legal Executive to launch and lead our brand-new Employment Law department, helping us expand and diversify our legal offering.

You'll Be:

A qualified Employment Solicitor /Legal Executive with Practice Rights ready for your next big step Excited to build a department, not just work in one Confident in business development, networking and client care Comfortable writing thought leadership content and delivering articles, seminars and webinars Active on LinkedIn and eager to grow your personal and professional brand A great communicator with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering value to clients
What You'll Do:

Develop and grow a full-service employment offering to complement our existing practice areas Work closely with the Head of Corporate to introduce employment support to our business clients Collaborate with marketing to build awareness and engagement in key local areas Deliver the first-class service we're known for, while helping shape the firm's future
