You'll lead a diverse, talented engineering team that's simplifying and reimagining the core banking technology landscape. Your leadership will be instrumental in unlocking our ability to deliver new products at speed — a cornerstone of our business strategy.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. What you'll be doing:




Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team Drive simplification and modernisation of our core banking stack Collaborate closely with SAP Fioneer to build cutting-edge capabilities Solve real-world integration challenges with practical, scalable solutions Be a catalyst for innovation and pace across our product delivery pipeline

About you:




Experience with large-scale, complex systems and integrations on SAP Banking Services technology stack Expert on SAPF Deposits Management, specifically in end to end card master data management and Mandates processing Understanding of SAPF Core Banking Architecture and future roadmap Hands on experience on software architecture and design principles, system analysis and configuration Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, that cut through complexity A natural leader and mentor who brings the best in others Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, translating tech into strategy
