Salary:
25,584 to 25,992per annum
Location:
Your main office will be County Hall, Chichester. You will have the opportunity to occasionally work from home, with this being determined by the service's needs.
Working pattern:
Full-time, 37 hours per week. Flexible working options available, to be agreed with your line manager.
Employer Pension Contribution:
20.70% this alters per annum on the 1 April each year.

As an Energy Analyst, you will work collaboratively with the Energy & Data Manager and within the wider Energy Services team to assist with delivery of ambitious outcomes for the team and organisation. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues in other services throughout the Council, and with external stakeholders such as energy providers and other contracted suppliers.
You will provide reliable, efficient, effective and flexible administrative support to the team, including responding to typical client queries, giving standard information and guidance relating to the service, maintaining records, producing standard correspondence, and providing support and day to day processing according to set procedures.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shared energy management mailbox. You will also be responsible for undertaking a variety of technical tasks associated with the team's specialism (with supervision/support as required). You will be required to directly support and assist the Energy & Data Manager in the day-to-day management of tasks and projects, critical to the Energy Services business plan, ensuring compliance with the appropriate legislation, policies, and procedures.
