Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with both hand and power tools to assemble components efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality output in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and engineering drawings. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist in the training of new employees on assembly techniques and safety protocols.

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly or manufacturing setting. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in assembly roles. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
