Engineer
Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable bakery engineer to join our small friendly team!
Our company supplies, repairs, and refurbishes new and used bakery machinery - everything from mixers and ovens to slicers and provers. The job's varied and practical, with plenty of chances to learn along the way and further your training, by combining your engineering experience in the bakery sector.
What you'll be doing:
Mechanical and electrical repairs
Installations of new and used bakery equipment
Collecting and delivering bakery equipment
Helping to prepare machines for sale
Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
No two days are the same - one day you could be out on the road, the next you might be in the workshop getting equipment ready for a customer.
What we're looking for:
Full clean driving licence (essential)
Wiring regulations 18th Edition (required)
Willing to travel and sometimes stay away overnight
Happy working in a team or on your own
Practical, reliable, and willing to learn
Experience in bakery or catering equipment is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided
