Right now, we're growing and looking for an
Engineer (R&D)
to join our Engineering & Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity, technical know-how, and problem-solving skills to high-impact projects that move from concept to reality.
What you'll do:
Design and develop innovative products that meet exacting customer requirements
Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring projects run to time, cost, and quality
Create detailed design documentation including drawings, models, specifications, and technical reports
Support safe trials and testing, and validate data for new product introduction
Manage multiple work packages and complex activities, always with a keen eye on technical risk and compliance
Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are production-ready
Contribute to root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
Build trusted relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Stay on the pulse of new technologies and apply fresh ideas to our projects
What you'll bring:
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field
Strong understanding of engineering processes: systems engineering, requirements management, verification & validation, product safety and certification
Skilled in design software and analysis tools, with experience in engineering modelling and problem-solving
A track record in system integration design and development
Confident using IT systems and tools like Office 365 (Teams, PowerBI, Planner, Dynamics)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
A proactive mindset, committed to high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
