We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analysing, and improving engineering systems and processes. Duties



Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within systems and processes, implementing effective corrective actions. Develop and simulate models using Simulink and MATLAB to optimise system performance. Design and programme programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate manufacturing or operational processes. Create detailed schematics and technical drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks and GD&T standards. Perform system design tasks, integrating mechanical components with electronic control systems for seamless operation. Utilise LabVIEW for data acquisition, control applications, and system testing. Analyse technical specifications and develop detailed documentation for system components and processes. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Experience



Proven experience in engineering roles involving system design, control systems, or automation. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks), MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, and schematic development tools. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with GD&T standards and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) programming and integration. Familiarity with system analysis techniques such as root cause analysis. Experience working with mechanical components, electronic controls, and integration of hardware/software solutions is desirable.
