Andor has implemented a new, digital system for capturing standard operating procedures (SOP) to allow our workforce to deliver faster, safer, and more repeatable production. There is a requirement to transfer the existing SOP from the older system onto the new one. As part of this process, we are hiring two Engineering Administrators who will take approved SOP and transfer/re-write these into the new digital documentation system, utilising wording, imagery, and videos where appropriate to create documents within the new system, updating the SOP log to reflect the transfer.

The Engineering Administrators will have:

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Fully IT literate with experience with Word and Excel.
  • Experience of writing guidance documentation, standard procedures or similar
  • Fluent in English
