You'll be training groups of apprentices in maintenance or manufacturing. You'll also have a caseload of students to visit in the workplace, so there'll be lots of variety.

positive, supportive and passionate, with a can-do attitude organised and reliable able to inspire students with your infectious enthusiasm and energy experienced in electrical and mechanical maintenance able to explain things simply and clearly willing to work towards assessing and teaching qualifications

What you'll be doing...



training apprentices and wider industry marking work, tracking progress and giving feedback supporting, training and mentoring the next generation of engineers at our state-of-the-art Technology Centre in Monkerton (near M5 junction 29), and on site with a range of employers joining one of the best engineering training centres in the UK
