Job description
Our client, BAE - Maritime Naval Ships (MNS), a leading organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is seeking an Engineering Document Marker to join their team in Scotstoun. This is a 12-month contract position with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and indexing engineering documents and drawings
• Ensuring all documents are accurately marked and filed according to company standards
• Maintaining and updating document control systems
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure correct documentation processes
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of project documentation
• Managing and organising digital and physical document archives
• Ensuring compliance with Defence & Security document handling protocols

Job Requirements:

• Experience in an administrative role, particularly within engineering or technical environments
• Proficiency in document control systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of Defence & Security documentation protocols is advantageous
