Engineering Draftsperson - Automotive/ Motorsport
Bromley (Hybrid, 1-2 days remote per week)
30k - 50k DOE
Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00, (1-hour lunch break)
6-month FTC (possible extension)
About the role
We're looking for an Engineering Draftsperson to join a leading automotive and motorsport engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in preparing the CAD designs that form the backbone of their operations.
You'll be the go-to person making sure these drawings are produced, updated, and standardised to the highest level.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys CAD drafting, is detail-driven, and is happy to focus on improving and standardising drawings over the next six months.
Key responsibilities

• Produce and standardise CAD drawings.
• Work through existing templates and bring them up to the required standard.
• Support the team in infrastructure planning -- including camera layouts and trackside systems.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and survey specialists to capture and integrate data into designs.
• Help build consistency and quality across all circuit CAD documentation.

What we're looking for

• Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in CAD drafting.
• Background in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related).
• Experience with Trimble equipment or Trimble Business Center software would be a bonus (not essential).
