Engineering Manager

Mere, Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Job Description

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our mechanical systems, factory infrastructure, and moulding departments. You'll be at the heart of our operations - troubleshooting machinery, managing engineering projects, and ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.
Alongside this, you'll play a central role in an ambitious re-engineering project, initially focusing on our hygiene range, before expanding to our natural and bespoke products. Working closely with our Product Design Manager to develop, sample, and deliver innovative products that will drive the business forward. This includes applying brush pattern design expertise (training provided) and using your CNC skills to create high-quality, precision-engineered solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically skilled, thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment, and is passionate delivering operational excellence.
