Location: Bridgwater
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm

Your Role:
As an Engineering Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring all planned engineering activities run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting daily and weekly maintenance plans
• Managing yearly maintenance schedules
• Optimizing engineering resources for peak operational effectiveness
• Coordinating with the Engineering Stores Lead for job kitting and lead times
• Maintaining clear communication through our PMS
• Reporting on planning KPIs
• Overseeing 3rd party service contracts
• Managing asset structures, training new employees, and controlling documentation for new installs (CMMS)
• Reviewing PM effectiveness with the Maintenance Excellence Manager
• Supporting the 5S program and reliability-centered maintenance activities
• Driving cost-effective maintenance planning solutions
• Contributing to local site improvement projects within budget

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional organisational skills
• Experience in an engineering maintenance team within an FMCG environment
• Proven team leadership experience
• Knowledge of planning work to meet key legislative standards
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail
