Engineering Supplies Telephone Sales
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our busy telephone sales team in Bradford. The role is primarily to answer incoming sales calls and respond to email enquiries.
We are a distributor of engineering supplies and consumables so knowledge of these products would be an advantage, especially fasteners and fixings.
The primary tasks will be to answer incoming calls to take and process enquiries and orders, respond to email messages and ensure that customer's requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. You may be asked to undertake different tasks when the need arises.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
