Join Our Team as a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician in the Dairy Department!
Location: Bellshill
Contract: Permanent, Pittman rotation (Earlies: 5:30 AM - 5:45 PM / Lates: 5:30 PM - 5:45 AM)
Are you a versatile engineer with a strong electrical background? We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team in the Dairy Department. If you thrive on solving complex problems and improving equipment efficiency, this is the role for you!
Your Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for both scheduled and reactive maintenance across our site. Your goal is to quickly identify root causes and bring equipment back into service, while also seeking cost-effective improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Be proficient with Electrical, Pneumatic, and Mechanical drawings.
• Automation Skills: Utilize basic automation skills for fault finding and remediation.
• Maintenance Mastery: Perform all maintenance tasks diligently, including PM, CBM, CI, and corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to FMEA activities and identify & implement improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Completion of a recognized apprenticeship; HNC in Electrical preferred, or Mechanical with additional electrical qualifications.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong electrical skills (HNC equivalent), sound mechanical skills, and familiarity with CI tools and techniques.
• Desirable: ONC/HNC, IOSHH/NEBOSH certifications.
