Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:15 (Every Second Friday off)
Working as an Engineering Technician with a global manufacturing company based in Wrexham. You will be required to work on building machinery to enhance new production strategies and processes.
The Role of an Engineering Technician:
- Assemble automated machinery and equipment using 3D models, drawings, and photos.
- Build mechanical and electrical components to engineering specifications.
- Work from technical documentation, BOMs, and schematics to complete builds.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping throughout the build process.
- Proven experience in automation equipment build or industrial electrical/mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant technical qualification: Minimum Level 3 (e.g., NVQ, ONC, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering).
