About the Role:

As an English Academic Mentor, you'll support secondary school students (ages 11-16) with reading, writing, and analytical skills -- helping them grow in confidence and achieve their potential. You'll work one-to-one and with small groups, delivering targeted support that makes a real impact.

Who We're Looking For:

A degree (2:1 or above) in English Literature, English Language, or a related subject (e.g., History, Drama, Creative Writing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for your subject and enthusiasm for working with young people No teaching experience required - just the motivation to make a difference
