About the Role:
As an English Academic Mentor, you'll support pupils aged 11-16 in a secondary school, helping them build core skills in reading, writing, and critical thinking. You'll deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups, raising achievement and inspiring a love of language and literature.
This is more than teaching assistant role -- it's a chance to lead, guide, and influence students in a structured, purposeful environment, while developing transferable skills that are valued in education, public service, law, policy, publishing, and beyond.

Hold (or are on track for) a 2:1 or First in English Literature, English Language, or a related subject from a top university
