We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our dynamic team The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing for external audits and creating and producing quotations as part of our enquiry team. This position requires a strong ground in internal and external auditing processes.

Responsabilities

Lead and manage internal audits ensuring we obtain current standards Prepare for external audits, ensuring all relevant documents are accounted for. Prepare detailed audit reports summarising findings, risks, and recommendations for management review. Provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls and improving internal processes Create and produce detailed pricing schedules and quotations Monitor and complete tender enquiries Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing

Requirements

Experience with at least two of the following accreditations - FORS, ACHILLES, RISQS, ISO,CHAS Strong background in internal and external auditing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge and experience in producing pricing schedules and quotations A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of work. Experience with working within the construction industry

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
