About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ENT Specialist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within leading private clinics, NHS facilities, or hybrid settings across England. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care in the diagnosis and management of patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct consultations, evaluations, and interventions for ENT-related conditions. Manage and treat patients with a range of ENT disorders including hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, balance disorders, and voice issues. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including audiologists, speech therapists, and primary care physicians. Participate in outpatient clinics, theatre lists, ward rounds, and on-call duties if applicable. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Contribute to clinical audits, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:



GMC registration with license to practice in the UK. CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Otolaryngology or equivalent. Proven experience as an ENT Specialist in hospital or clinical settings. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage both elective and emergency ENT conditions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Desirable:



Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS ORL-HNS) or equivalent. Subspecialty interests (e.g. rhinology, otology, laryngology, pediatric ENT) are welcomed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 344,366.90-1,571,316.76 per year

Expected hours: 05 - 40 per week
