We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who loves to learn to join us a Trainee Assets Project Surveyor and kickstart their career in construction.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn in a hands-on setting, working towards achieving a HNC/HND qualification in Construction and the Built Environment while applying your learning to real-world projects.
You will learn how to prepare project briefs and successfully manage contracts for a variety of planned works, while supporting the Strategic Asset Management team in maintaining consistent standards for our data so it meets business and regulatory requirements. You will also communicate clearly with residents and signpost them to additional services and support when needed.
