We are seeking an apprentice Operations Administrator with a strong work ethic to work in our Maintenance & Helpdesk Department to assist with daily business administration tasks to support the team, including but not limited to: -
? Responding to emails, telephone calls, scanning and printing documentation
? Arranging accommodation and access permits for site personnel
? Preparing Board Room for presentations and welcoming clients and visitors to the office
What will I learn?
You will learn how to communicate in a busy office environment, customer service skills and how to use our bespoke IT systems. You will also learn about our products and services and how to work efficiently and manage your workload.

? Reliable and self-motivated individual who works well within a team
? Professional conduct required with excellent customer service and communication skills
? Ability to work methodically, efficiently and accurately in a busy environment
? Show initiative and self-discipline to see works through to a satisfactory completion
ATTAINMENTS/ EXPERIENCE
Beneficial to have: -
? An understanding of Microsoft Office 365
? Confidence in written and verbal communication
? National 5 in English, Maths, IT & Admin
