The Role

As a Credit Placement Assistant, you'll support our Credit Placement Team in matching customer finance proposals with the most suitable lenders from our panel of over 70 partners. You'll learn how to assess financial information, communicate with lenders, and contribute to the success of our funding operations.

This is a hands-on role with full training provided--ideal for someone looking to explore a career in finance, underwriting, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing and preparing finance proposals

Communicate with lenders via phone and email

Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Learn to interpret basic financial documents (e.g. bank statements, forecasts)

Support negotiations to secure the best terms for customers

Build relationships with internal teams and external partners

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Potentially a recent graduate or school leaver (Business, Finance, Economics preferred)

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

A confident communicator (written and verbal)

Organised and detail-oriented

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Able to commute to our Towcester office reliably

No prior experience in finance is required--just a strong interest in the field and a proactive attitude.
