The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Entry-level Call Centre Assistant

to join our customer contact team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in marketing or customer service, with a strong desire to grow professionally in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Represent client brands with enthusiasm, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude Provide product and service information clearly and confidently Listen actively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Log interactions and maintain accurate customer records Support the marketing team with campaign feedback and lead generation Meet performance targets and contribute to team success

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Basic computer literacy and data entry skills Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not essential
