The Role



As a

Customer Service Coordinator,

you'll act as the bridge between our customers, clients, and internal marketing teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, handling queries, and supporting campaign execution from a customer service standpoint. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin their career in marketing, customer support, or account management.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, both via phone and email Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by managing customer feedback and queries Coordinate between departments to resolve issues and escalate concerns appropriately Monitor campaign performance from a customer service perspective Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs Assist with reports, customer insights, and campaign performance reviews Ensure all client brand standards are maintained during customer interactions

Requirements



Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving Friendly and professional attitude with the ability to build rapport Able to work independently and within a team environment Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required
