Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, both via phone and email
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by managing customer feedback and queries
Coordinate between departments to resolve issues and escalate concerns appropriately
Monitor campaign performance from a customer service perspective
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
Assist with reports, customer insights, and campaign performance reviews
Ensure all client brand standards are maintained during customer interactions
