We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive
Entry-level Customer Service Coordinator
to support our customer engagement and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants to build experience within the marketing and customer service space. You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive excellent support across campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for customer queries during marketing campaigns and events.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotional activities.
Assist in coordinating customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Support the marketing team in delivering a smooth and positive customer journey.
Maintain organised records, customer data, and campaign documentation.
Help prepare customer service materials and communication updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
