As an Entry-level Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly face of our campaigns, supporting customer enquiries, providing product or service information, and helping ensure positive interactions across all marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a strong foundation in customer service within the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities



Provide excellent customer service during face-to-face interactions at events, residential areas, or retail spaces Answer customer questions and offer clear information about client products or services Assist with handling enquiries, feedback, and general customer needs Support the set-up of promotional displays, materials, and campaign stands Maintain a positive and professional attitude when engaging with the public Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth daily operations Help gather customer insights to contribute to ongoing improvements in campaigns

Requirements



No previous experience required - full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and confident working with people Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service
