Assist with customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Represent clients at events, campaigns, and marketing activities. Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to ensure excellent customer engagement. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Support the coordination of promotional campaigns and brand events.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Confidence in engaging with different types of people. Team player with good organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. No prior experience required, full training and support will be provided.
