Entry-Level Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates for fintech roles.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments within the fintech sector to better understand candidate preferences and market demands.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organised records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to support client needs and develop a deep understanding of client requirements.
  • Candidate Feedback: Gather and share feedback from both candidates and clients to continuously improve the recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in fintech and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including ATS systems.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
