Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Environmental Consultant to join our growing team. based in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Our work is multi-faceted and focused on technical support to clients engaged in planning, development and construction projects.

You may be a recent graduate who is looking for their first environmental consultancy role. With a solid background in one or more environmental or engineering discipline, the ideal candidate will be seeking opportunities to undertake a wide variety of technical environmental survey work and also to gain commercial experience across the project lifecycle. This role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills, together with proficient report writing and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Coordinate environmental / engineering projects to satisfy relevant planning requirements. Project manage multi-disciplinary assessments to satisfy specific client requirements. Perform data analysis and interpret results to provide actionable insights for clients. Collaborate with clients to deliver sustainable solutions tailored to their needs. Prepare detailed reports summarising findings and recommendations. Engage in business development activity to expand the clients and services offered.

Requirements

Degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Geology or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Good understanding of the environmental sector and the use of technical assessments within the planning system. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. A healthy blend of technical and commercial acumen. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
