ERP CONFIGURATION ADMINISTRATOR (FIXED TERM UNTIL JANUARY 2026)

PING Europe, based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, assembles and distributes golf equipment to the UK, Ireland, Europe, Iceland, South Africa and the Middle East. The European headquarters employs over 250 people in a range of different functions, including manufacturing, operations, marketing, sales and finance. The company also has an apparel design office, based in Cheadle, Cheshire, and is the proprietor of Thonock Park Golf Club, also in Gainsborough.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Systems team as an ERP Configuration Administrator on a fixed term basis (until January 2026). As part of the Business Systems team, the ERP Configuration Administrator will support the set-up of product and service information within PING's ERP system. Maintain system pricing and other product information throughout product lifecycles. Ensure products are defined and accurate within the ERP system prior to order entry/production commencing.
This role is based at our head office in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support the product setup process in the system from start to finish, including interfacing with other departments to garner the information required in line with our product timelines.
Analyse and interpret product specifications and repair procedures to identify all product components and tasks and their effects on information systems.
Provide regular update communications to other departments following system updates.
Test all relevant systems for product accuracy, including product configurator, enterprise quoting and PING's ERP.
Support in setting up, testing and support for PING's order entry software (EQ).
Maintain the catalogue of PING's UPC codes and the systems that utilise them.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Previous experience as a technical administrator or similar working with operational teams would be preferred.
Skills and Personal Qualities
Process driven, analytical and detail oriented.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
Able to establish and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, take on new challenges and drive change.

37.5 hours per week
8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday
