As a lecturer, you'll not only teach -- you'll mentor, inspire and support learners as they develop the practical skills and professional mindset needed to succeed in the culinary and hospitality industries.
You will be:
Professionally qualified - minimum Level 3 Professional Chef
Experienced - solid industry background in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
Approachable and positive - with the confidence to engage, motivate and mentor learners
Skilled - able to assess learner work across different qualification levels
Flexible - willing to work occasional evenings or Saturdays to support learners and events
Passionate - about education, development, and sharing industry best practices
Please note this role is fixed term until July 2026.
