Position Summary

PTS is seeking an experienced and motivated

ERP Consultant

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP software, and ensuring seamless integration across all business processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes and user requirements Customize, configure, and implement ERP solutions to meet organizational needs Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently Ensure data accuracy, security, and system integrity across all modules Stay updated with ERP trends, updates, and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience with system integrations and data migration Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing
