About the Company

Robosol Software UK Limited a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics CRM software solutions. We work with a number of leading Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing companies in the UK.

About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned ERP Finance Consultant with a proven track record in delivering successful finance system implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Financial Accounting, Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and core finance operations. You will play a key role in guiding clients through ERP deployments, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business requirements. Experience across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail is highly valued, along with a strong grasp of best practices in finance transformation and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements to assess, design, and optimize Financial Accounting processes aligned with business objectives Translate complex finance requirements into scalable solutions within

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Own end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle -- from discovery and configuration to testing, training, and go-live Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on finance transformation and system adoption Deliver post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery Maintain deep knowledge of ERP capabilities, industry regulations, and evolving best practices in finance and technology
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing ERP solutions or working in an accounts team, preferably in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors. Strong understanding of accounting processes, including Management Reports, AP, AR, VAT, Inventory Valuation Experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management experience is a plus. Certification in relevant ERP systems is desirable.
