Duties

Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to provide updates on progress and areas for improvement. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and motivation. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children, is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices is an advantage, enabling you to support diverse learning needs effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with students and their families. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically are crucial for this role.
