Estate Agency Office Administrator
Sales & Lettings
West Hampstead
Salary: \xc2\xa328,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00pm, 1 in every 3 Saturday 10am \xe2\x80\x93 2pm

Our client based inWestHampstead are looking to expand their team and appoint a competent Sales & Lettings Administrator to embrace all aspects of this busy office.
Your experience in a similar position within property is invaluable and we are looking for candidates with bags and bags of energy & enthusiasm. The requirement is for a proactive, versatile, and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

About the role:

Assisting the Sales & Lettings teams * Using Veco & RPS to upload property details and client information.

  • Typing valuation and instruction letters
  • Preparing , updating and printing property lists
  • Preparing Property details
  • Reception \xe2\x80\x93 making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists at all times.
  • Weekly stationary ordering via the online stationary system
  • Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details.
  • Advertising \xe2\x80\x93 preparing and proof reading all adverts for weekly & monthly publications
  • Organising Photography, floorplans and relevant statutory documents.
  • Opening, date stamping and distributing post, franking outgoing mail.
  • General administration duties and canvassing
  • Ordering property boards to be erected or removed.
  • Management of gas safety and electrical system, arranging gas and electrical safety certificates.
  • Chasing Gas & electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords and Tenants.
  • Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof-reading skills are required.
  • Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative.
  • Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good customer relations and communication skills are required.
  • Team player
