Fresh have a fantastic job opportunity that will appeal to anyone already working in property sales who are looking to take a step up into more responsibility and with a position that offers a great opportunity to grow into. If any applicants do not have the direct estate agency experience, but have sales and customer service experience we will consider this with a view to providing training. We are looking to put in place a highly motivated Sales Valuer and Negotiator at our sales branch in Morriston. From this sales branch we cover all over Swansea and sell properties from Mumbles to Neath and anywhere in between. This wide area and our strong standing in the Swansea sales market gives any new individual and the sales team a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally and financially. We have in place a settled sales team with two experienced sales negotiators and a sales administrator. This is all backed up by very supportive directors who will provide all the tools required for a successful sales department to run on. We have an exciting profit share scheme that is already providing our key staff with a strong return and this model will provide a strong income for any new motivated staff member. Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Manager

• Experience working in property sales preferred
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Target driven individual.
• Team building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence.
