We are seeking a diligent and highly organised Sales Progressor to join our clients esteemed estate agency team based in Epsom Stoneleigh. The successful candidate will act as the principal liaison between all parties involved in the property sales process, ensuring that transactions proceed smoothly from offer acceptance through to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, maintaining consistent communication with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
Ensure all relevant documentation is collected, completed, and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular updates to all stakeholders, resolving any issues or delays as they arise.
Liaise with internal colleagues to facilitate a seamless handover from sales negotiation to progression.
Proactively manage potential fall-throughs and work to retain sales wherever possible.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CRM systems and databases.
Provide exemplary customer service, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the sales process.
Stay abreast of relevant property legislation and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of property software and Microsoft Office applications.
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Diplomatic and professional manner when dealing with clients and third parties.
Previous experience in a sales progression or conveyancing role is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the residential property market and legal processes associated with property transactions.
Qualifications:
None. Just need to have experience as a Sales Negotiator or a current Sales Progressor.
Further education or industry-specific qualifications (e.g. NFoPP, ARLA, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
