Overview

Following 10 successful years in Wirral, we have now decided to expand and open a branch in Crosby, that covers Liverpool. As a result we are seeking a dynamic and motivated valuer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide valuations, using local knowledge and tools provided by us. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of using us to sell or let their homes. Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates.

Experience

Previous estate agent experience as a valuer is advantageous, demonstrating strong organisational capabilities. Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions. A proven track record in estate agency roles will be beneficial.
