Our client is looking for apprentices that are committed, reliable and serious in starting a Housing and Property Management qualification that will be ongoing for a minimum of 8 month (Apprenticeship depends on your input).

Key Responsibilities

Contribute positively within a team setting. Must be able to work 9:00am until 5:30pm. Assisting with the management of rental properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Supporting tenants with queries, maintenance requests, and tenancy agreements. Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements. Assisting with rent collection, lease renewals, and resolving tenant disputes. Keeping accurate records of property management activities. Gaining knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and best practices. Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Show your commitment and willingness to learn on your apprenticeship course Be confident in speaking to clients A positive approach to learning and gaining new skills through teamwork and training Must have English and Maths A genuine interest in the housing and property sector is a MUST. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
