Duties
Provide administrative support to agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Assist in preparing documents and presentations for client meetings.
Maintain organised records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the agency.
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience in a professional setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
