Your day-to-day role:



Drive branch performance and report on key metrics. Lead, develop and motivate your team to success. Take full ownership of branch growth and results. Always ensure exceptional customer service. Conduct energising morning meetings and set daily goals to achieve. Generate leads and encourage the team to do the same. Follow up on all incoming leads to maximise opportunities. Promote third-party services to add value for clients. Create a positive and inclusive work environment and support staff wellbeing. Ensure full compliance with industry regulations.

What we're looking for:



Proven management experience with strong motivation skills. Excellent communicator; confident and clear in speech and writing. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a professional attitude. Skilled at negotiation and persuasion. Highly organised; able to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. Punctual and reliable; strong timekeeping skills. Tech-savvy; confident using CRM systems. Full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and valid business insurance.
