Applicants need to be familiar with the South Hams and able to easily commute to the local office.
Minimum Hours Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.30 plus (1 in 3) half-day Saturday rota (with time in lieu)
(Salary range quoted includes shared office commission and is commensurate with experience)

Duties
The main objective of this key role is to represent Luscombe Maye with integrity and uphold our local reputation .
We are looking for someone with a mature approach who is a highly organised, confident communicator being proficient in basic administration and office software.
A background in a customer related environment ,being familiar with Totnes and the South Hams would be advantageous.
As the role entails being the first point of contact for visitors to the office, you will be responsible for registering and assisting applicants .You will conduct viewings on behalf of the sales team. (Candidates will have their own car and full driving licence)
Proficient data input typing and high attention to detail skills are essential.
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
