We have a position available for a driven and enthusiastic individual that works well within a customer facing role. A full UK driving licence is required and a willingness to learn and work within a team. 12 Months sales / lettings experience preferred but not essential.
You will advise people on available properties, arrange appointments and viewings, help market properties and put customers in touch with people who can help during the house-buying process, conduct viewings and an array of other job specific duties.
Duties may include and may not be limited to:
Answering telephone calls
Taking messages and diverting calls
Acting front of house
Meeting and greeting customers
Filing
Scanning
Diary management and contracts
Dealing with confidential paperwork
Property Viewings
Sales / Lettings Progression
Lettings management
Advertising sales / rentals
Requirements and prospects
IT literate
Customer service skills are a distinct advantage
Excellent standard of verbal and written English and numeracy
Particularly, an excellent standard of spelling is a must

Being presentable in appearance is particularly important
Desired qualifications
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C and above preferred
Full UK driving licence essential (business milage paid)
