We want to hear from experienced estate agents, valuers or negotiators who are:

Driven, professional & entrepreneurial

Knowledgeable about the Tyneside property market

Looking to grow their own business with less overhead & more support

Interested in being part of an ethical, collaborative Co-Operative model

What You'll Need

Estate agency experience (sales or lettings) Self-motivation & excellent customer service skills Confidence to manage your own clients & diary A willingness to contribute to a shared, supportive team culture

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 15,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 45 per week
