Real Estate Agent

to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a strong understanding of the local property market. Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties by providing professional advice and support Conduct property viewings to showcase available listings Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and processing transactions

Requirements

Experience in administrative roles or customer service is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse clients effectively Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently A professional attitude with integrity and commitment to client satisfaction
